Job Description

The CA at River Group will be a highly motivated candidate responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The CA will work closely with the management team & BoD to ensure financial stability and growth of the Group of Organization.

Responsibilities:

Conducting financial analysis, preparing budget & projection and providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Preparation of various financial reports and statements.
Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
Developing and implementing internal control procedures of Group of Companies.
Communicating financial information to stakeholders and providing financial insights.
Collaborating with all companies & departments to streamline financial processes.
Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
Leading financial audits and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Assisting with any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or CA/Semi-Qualified CA.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks/ERP/Talley/SAP and related softwares.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with leadership abilities.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
