Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulation.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts monitoring budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks also providing recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations preparing and file tax returns accurately and on time with assisting in tax planning and optimization. 
  • Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with established controls.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and costing evaluating inventory turnover and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze production costs and provide insights for cost reduction establishing and maintaining cost accounting systems.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process addressing audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation to ensure records are easily accessible for audit and review purposes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, procurement, and sales, to gather financial data and provide financial support.
