Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Conducting financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and laws.
Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Conducting financial audits and managing external audits.
Managing the company's financial systems and implementing improvements.
Providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Mentoring and supervising junior accountants.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified in Nepal
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
Manufacturing industry background is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in using accounting software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Note:

Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years experience from Manufacturing industry background.
Candidates must have experience auditing companies with a turnover of over 100 crores.
Salary will be provided according to the candidate's prior experience.
