Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled Finance Officer to manage daily financial operations, reporting, compliance, and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior travel agency experience and strong knowledge of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (travel industry preferred).
Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work full-time onsite.

Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM

Note: Having a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage.
