Reports To: Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with Nepal’s tax regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, TDS, income tax) in compliance with Nepal’s tax laws.
Generate invoices, process payments, and ensure timely collections.
Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and projections.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors/tax authorities as needed.
Manage payroll processing and employee tax deductions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of proven accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Nepal’s tax system, invoicing, and compliance.
Experience in financial projections, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 30-35K (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)
