Responsibilities:

  • Channel development: Develop business with reseller in Nepal market, negotiate the referencing of the products, the stock-in, monitor stock level and set up promotional operations to increase sales.
  • Marketing: Regular customer visiting to maintain relationship, discuss business, product training, understand customer needs and problems, to support them grow business.
  • Regular offline store visiting to understand our product situation, improve product visibility and sales.
  • Reviewing the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition.
  • Analyze the industry market situation and trend, include technologies, products, prices and strategy, take corresponding actions.
  • Setup the sales plan and make sure the execution of the plan.

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of verifiable experience in CCTV market,IT equipment, Consumer Electronics, or Networking category can be a plus.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and can work within a multicultural environment.
  • Have a high level of business communication in English, Chinese will be plus.
  • Have a strong affinity with sales and able to be successful in negotiations.
  • Are able to work within a fast-paced multitasking environment and have the ability to manage stress.
  • Have solid experience and skills in MS Outlook, Excel, PPT and related tools.
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree and above.
