Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
Report directly to the Board of Directors
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
Engage with various stakeholders in broader organizational strategic planning
Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
Ensure the overall delivery and quality offerings to customers
Direct employees & delegate administrative tasks

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 7 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's in a related field (Preferred Masters)
Experience in leading a team - Minimum of 7 years
Expert in financial and capital market both national and international
Ability to create systems and processes to implement and monitor
Good understanding of technology, Microsoft Office, etc
Basic Graphic Designing will be an added preference

She/he should be a visionary, having highly developed interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively on a wide range of people at different levels of seniority, and from different cultures & backgrounds; strong partnering skills and experience in developing and managing relationships with multiple organizations; exceptional networker, influencer, and communicator.
