Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join Beyond Borders Educational Network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, expanding the company's market presence, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and business partners.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
Conduct market research and identify new market opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute business initiatives.
Represent the company at meetings, events, seminars, and networking opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular reports for management.
Follow up with prospective clients and partners to convert opportunities into business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Travel as required for business meetings, events, and partnership development.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Strong business development and problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and general business tools.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with a team.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
