Job Description

  • Handle cash transitions with customers
  • Maintain record of all the transactions
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Doing daily accounting entries
  • Maintaining the proper record of cheque/cash/petty cash
  • Dealing and coordinating with the multiple banks
  • Preparing cash/cheque vouchers/TDS related vouchers/sending for deposit
  • Coordinating with the finance/accounts/service department for the regular payments
  • Keeping track of the regular payments made
  • Maintaining day to day bank balance/ cash balance and providing the information
