Experience Required	:	More than 1 year

Should have good attitude
Should be outspoken and possess good convincing skills
Should be able to work under pressure
Should posses pleasant personality and positive attitude
Should have good communication and interpersonal skill
Should have report writing and documentation skills
Should be proficient in computer skills (Emil, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc)
Should possess two wheelers

Counsel the candidates for the services such as resume writing, training, career guidance and assessment test
Communicate and follow-up with clients and candidates to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidate leads
Identify and communicate with the prospective candidates to explain the services being offered
Identify the candidates for the services and follow up with the candidates for services and find out the requirements
Support in conducting training and job placement events in different educational institutions
Assist in preparing up-to-date record of all existing client
Prepare report on all job performed and submit report to the concerned authority
Perform all other relevant duties as needed and required
