Role Description

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and developing actionable growth plans. Additional responsibilities include fostering client and partner relationships, analyzing business and financial data to support decision-making, and ensuring alignment of business initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.

The selected candidate will also work closely with the leadership team, supporting internal business operations, partner onboarding, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential partners and resellers within Nepal and abroad
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with channel partners
Support leadership in planning, strategy development, and reporting
Assist in organizing partner meetings, training sessions, and follow-ups
Coordinate invoices, commission tracking, agreements, and documentation
Work directly with the Department Head, CEO & Chairman

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) completed or in progress.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development or partnership roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Trustworthy, proactive, and a fast learner.
Genuine interest in global markets and business growth strategies.
