Business Development Officer

We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Officer to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders, and promote the company’s ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the stock market, including Promoter Share and Secondary Market operations
• Understand and comply with TMS, SEBON guidelines, and NEPSE operations
• Establish and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Induce and encourage potential investors to invest in the company’s projects to achieve sales and growth targets
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
• Conduct awareness programs regarding ongoing and upcoming projects to investors/stakeholders
• Ensure timely resolution of queries from investors and stakeholders
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions and communications
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communication materials
• Build rapport and strong relationships with clients
• Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
