Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers, retailers, and channel partners.
Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners to expand our market reach.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Visit dealers and customers regularly to understand their requirements and identify new business opportunities.
Present products, pricing, schemes, promotions, and business opportunities to channel partners.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales opportunities.
Support channel partners in increasing their sales and developing new customers in their respective markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demands and share market insights with management.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with channel partners.
Participate in dealer meetings, product launches, exhibitions, training programs, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular sales, market visit, and business development reports.
Contribute ideas and strategies to expand the company’s market presence and grow the business.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 40 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or a related position.
Experience in the IT distribution, technology, electronics, or related industry will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident and comfortable interacting with dealers, resellers, and business owners.
Highly motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Strong ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Willingness to travel for market visits and dealer development.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
