We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive business growth and expand market opportunities for kidsPasal. The ideal candidate will identify new business prospects, build strong client and partner relationships, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a passion for growing the business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and business partners.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports.
Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry programs when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong business relationships.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
