We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, identifying new sales opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients and distributors.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have a great knowledge regarding stock market ( Promoter Share and Secondary Market).
- Establish and maintain relationships with Investors and stakeholders.
- Induce and encourage potential investors to invest in the company’s upcoming projects to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through various channels.
- Conduct awareness programs regarding upcoming project/ongoing projects to new investors/stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of investors and stakeholders queries.
- Performance will be evaluated based on the achievement of targets set by the management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all communication materials
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

- Master's Degree specializing in sales and marketing or equivalent with more than or equal to 3 years of experience in Banking/Insurance/Capital/investment companies/ corporate sectors/Brokerage Company or Bachelor's Degree specializing in sales and marketing or equivalent with more than or equal to 4 years of experience in the above stated field.

About the organization
Siddhartha Cable Car Limited is a registered company with the Nepal government. This company is owned by highly reputed entrepreneurs who are involved in different trades and professions like: engineering, steel fabrication, trading contractors, and hotelier. It is located in two districts i.e. Rupandehi and Palpa. The lower terminal station is proposed at Deurali Danda, Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City-1, Rupandehi with an altitude of 300 masl. Similarly, upper terminal station (return station) is proposed at Nuwakot, Tinau Rural Municipality-2, Palpa in the east of Kal Bhairab Kamana temple and Mani Mukundasen Fort at Nuwakot with an altitude of 800 masl. Siddhartha cable care system is designed for transporting the passenger, a maximum of 500 people per hour. In this system, we have 25 numbers of gondolas. It takes 8 to 10 minutes to travel from the lower station to the upper station. The system of the purposed cable car is a mono-cable, circulating detachable system.
