Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and achieve targets in the area focusing Data Centers, Secured Power, Structured Cabling & Security Systems & Automations. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, consultants and system integrator contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and retain the existing one.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with End User/Consultants/Turnkey Contractors.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Be an active member of the sales team, collaborating with other team members as required, to design the solution.
  • Provide accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Networking with Industry Organizations and relevant Communities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Preferable Master’s degree in Business Administration 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Structure Cabling, Data Center, UPS, CCTV, Networking, Access Control & Fire Suppression.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Responsible for the effective management of the sales process from identifying, qualifying opportunities to successfully closing the sale.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ensure successful handover of job to project team.
