Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and achieve targets in the area focusing Data Centers, Secured Power, Structured Cabling & Security Systems & Automations. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, consultants and system integrator contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and retain the existing one.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with End User/Consultants/Turnkey Contractors.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Be an active member of the sales team, collaborating with other team members as required, to design the solution.
Provide accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
Networking with Industry Organizations and relevant Communities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Preferable Master’s degree in Business Administration
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of Structure Cabling, Data Center, UPS, CCTV, Networking, Access Control & Fire Suppression.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Responsible for the effective management of the sales process from identifying, qualifying opportunities to successfully closing the sale.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ensure successful handover of job to project team.
