ABOUT THE JOB

JOB SUMMARY

The business development officer will play a critical role in driving the growth of our software product by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. We have launched our very own product “TheNimto” in the market. We need a Business Development Officer who has required skills and competence to uplift the value of our product by penetrating the market and finding scope for its growth and development. So this role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of E-commerce industry, exceptional communication skills, and proven track record of achieving sales target.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building a Relationship with our Clients
• Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
• Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
• Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
• Initiate contact with potential clients and partners to introduce our products and services
• Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
• Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team 
• Providing ongoing supports to the clients
• Negotiating contracts and close deals with vendors
• Developing and pitching ideas for potential Customers

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data
• Ability to effectively research new markets
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of International market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements
• Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office suite
