Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and proposals that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, using data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
  • Attending conferences, meeting and attending events
  • Frequent market visit and even perform ground level marketing
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Proper reporting to supervisor and management
  • Analyze customer feedback and prepare strategies to increase customer satisfaction 

Job Specifications:

  • +2 or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years of experience as Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and close deals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Must have 2 wheeler and valid license
