Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and implementing strategies to help achieve the company’s sales and revenue goals. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company 
  • Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost effective approach to pursue new business opportunities 
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan 
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients 
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails etc) to create sales opportunities 
  • Plan, schedule and manage virtual and in person sales meetings. 
  • Analyze customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services 
  • Achieve or exceed sales or revenue targets 
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions
