Job Description

  • Prepare sales budget
  • Prepare marketing and promotional budgets
  • Supervise and monitor Sales and marketing executive
  • Develop business marketing plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability; inclusive of pricing strategy and marketing communication plans
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales and marketing executives
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Conduct one-on-one review with all sales and marketing executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the sales executive’s sales and activity performances
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
  • Supervise and monitor regional/product sales; prepare regional/channel/product sales report;
  • Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales and marketing reports;
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Coordinate activities pertaining to the market, client and channel partners;
  • Intervene and take over sales related issues as and when needed for the benefit of the company
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations; as and when needed
  • Liaise and coordinate across other departments on the types of products, quantities of goods in stock; support in calculating reorder levels
