Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of education consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Student Conversion & Counselling: Personally handle student conversions, providing expert guidance on course selection, university applications, visa processes, and financial planning.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Siec Education’s presence in Nepal, increasing brand awareness and market share.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales, preferably within the overseas education industry.
Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing teams to achieve business goals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to inform business strategies.
Networking: Established network within the education sector, including relationships with universities, colleges, and educational agents.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of the Nepalese education system and student aspirations for studying abroad

Salary: NPR 40,000 - 70,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
