Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or bachelor’s students who are confident in their English communication skills and eager to help others improve their English conversation abilities. As an English Mentor, you will use our application to connect with learners and support them in practicing fluent and confident English speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with learners through our platform to help them practice English communication.
Provide real-time conversation support and feedback.
Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for learners.
Ensure timely reporting and performance updates.
Uphold professionalism and quality during every session.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily call targets and goals.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Other Specification

Freshers or students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Strong English speaking and listening skills.
Friendly, patient, and confident communicator.
Must bring a personal laptop for work.
Must be able to work full-time (8 hours) from the office in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.
