Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead and scale our Lighting Division.
This is a strategic, field-focused role requiring deep engagement with interior designers, electrical consultants, and end customers, along with the capability to sell complete lighting solutions for residential, architectural, and commercial projects.
The role carries clear revenue ownership with a minimum quarterly sales target of NPR 1.5 Crore and the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated lighting team after 24 months of proven performance.
