Job Description

  • Lead the team of young and energetic employees with a good leadership practice and long term vision meet the organization objective
  • Develop a business strategies and implement the same to meet the financial and non-financial targets of the company
  • Assign the target and the way of achieving it to the core team
  • Monitor day to day operations and supervise the team members’ performance for effective implementation of daily tasks and achievement
  • Builds company image and coordinates effectively in various work related matter by collaborating with clients, Government, development sectors and other institutions. 
  • Forecast the sales and prepare a marketing plan to boost up the daily sales of the services
  • Analyse the financial activities, track the daily and monthly revenue and boost up the sales of the services to align the financial target of the company
  • Participate in the seminars, exhibitions, meetings and other activities to promote the company and its services
  • Expand the services of the company to national and international level and increase the scope of work
  • Analytically present reports to the management of all job performed timely
