Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our Marketing of Housing/land sales/properties leasing & property Sales, etc. through parent company and under its brokering agency. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, established professional qualities with extended networks, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase land and other property sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
Prepare marketing content and coordinate for specific content preparations, giving directions
Generate leads through digital marketing, virtual and in-person presentations, networking, referrals, and field activities.
Coordinate open houses and physical & digital promotional marketing campaigns including in different fair/exhibitions and shows.
Manage the Customer Information System
Manage borker/agent network and mobilize them to attain the objectives
Meet with prospective buyers, investors, and landowners to present available properties.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to facilitate successful transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management.
Plan and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate, land sales, business development, or property brokerage.
Strong knowledge of Nepal's real estate market and land transaction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
