We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, advertising agencies, publishers, and business partners.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, quotations, and close business deals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor the business development team, providing guidance to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit regular reports to management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Develop strategies to increase customer retention and expand existing business accounts.
