The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives, build high-value partnerships, and represent Blackbox as the primary commercial and strategic face of the organization. This role focuses on expanding market presence, developing long-term client relationships, and creating tailored business solutions for banks, insurance companies, business organizations, I/NGOs, CBOs, educational institutions, and government offices.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially sharp, client-focused, and confident in engaging senior stakeholders, with the ability to understand business economics and translate client needs into scalable growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the key representative and commercial face of Blackbox, building trust and credibility with high-level clients and partners.
Lead business development strategy and execution to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities across financial institutions, corporate organizations, social sectors, educational institutions, and government bodies.
Develop customized solutions and value propositions based on client needs, compliance requirements, and business economics.
Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis, pricing evaluation, and financial assessments to support informed deal structuring.
Design account-specific growth strategies for existing and potential clients to maximize mutual value.
Track performance, prepare business forecasts, revenue projections, and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
Ensure all proposals, agreements, and partnerships comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Contribute to brand positioning, thought leadership, and partnership initiatives to strengthen Blackbox’s market presence.

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships (preferably in financial services, records management, or related industries).
Strong understanding of records, compliance, document management, and regulatory frameworks across banking, insurance, corporate, social, and government sectors.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High analytical capability, including financial modeling, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting.
Ability to understand business economics, cost structures, and profitability drivers.
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to represent Blackbox at executive and institutional levels.
Fast learner with strong numerical and commercial acumen.
