Executive Search Unit at merojob is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for one of its clients, a Healthcare and Diagnostics Company specializing in innovative solutions for clinics labs and patient care. Seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities and expand referral networks. The role involves developing partnerships driving revenue and market presence and leading a team to achieve business goals. The manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Drive business growth by expanding market presence and strengthening referral networks in healthcare and diagnostics.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate partnerships to increase revenue.
Oversee credit control and receivables, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
Lead and mentor Business Development Executives by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and motivating the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and referral partners.
Collaborate with operations, digital marketing, lab management, and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of healthcare diagnostics market dynamics and referral networks.
Ability to analyze markets identify opportunities and execute effective growth and marketing strategies.

Strong financial knowledge with skills in credit control receivable management and pricing analysis.
Proven leadership in recruiting training motivating and managing business development teams.
Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills with healthcare and corporate stakeholders.
High professionalism with strong problem-solving skills proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing Healthcare Management or a related field.(Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development sales or healthcare services preferably in diagnostics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of healthcare and diagnostic services and referral networks.
Experience in leading training and managing business development or sales teams.
