Roles and responsibilities of this job

Determining customer needs
Taking care of customer enquiries via email, chat and phone, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met
Providing support to customers to ensure their satisfaction
Developing customer relations by educating the customers about a company’s services, products, and prices
Answering customers' questions and handling service situations when required
To help the customer in uploading documents on the digital platform and make them learn the process
Responsible for promoting products to buyers
To participate in exhibition and expo to create the brand awareness
Often work with sales teams and conduct product demonstrations
