Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Business Development to support our sales and partnership initiatives. This is a role ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in business development and client management. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales and partner management team to support reseller coordination, strategic partnerships, training services, and revenue growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reseller and Partner Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and partners to drive consistent sales growth.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and partners, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
Regularly assess partner performance and implement strategies to maximize their contribution to revenue targets.
Serve as the main point of contact for all reseller and partner-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

2. Strategic Partnership Development:

Identify and secure partnerships with associations, academic institutions, and other strategic entities to expand market reach and brand visibility.
Develop and manage partnership agreements to create new avenues for sales and joint marketing initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to boost RealHRsoft’s credibility and market presence.

3. Training Services:

Lead the growth of RealHRsoft’s training services by developing programs focused on partner enablement and success.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to design and deliver training programs aligned with partner needs and business objectives.
Drive revenue through training services by offering value-added paid programs for partners and clients.

4. Revenue Growth and Sales Enablement:

Partner with the sales team to create strategies that enhance sales via reseller and partner channels.
Initiate activities that directly contribute to revenue growth, including new business acquisition and upselling through partners.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to leverage new opportunities, strengthening RealHRsoft’s competitive position.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred, though freshers with willingness to start their carrer is sales are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in client handling, sales, and business development.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a sales/business role.
Positive attitude, professional behavior, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
