Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients in the ICT, Surveillance and Storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads for ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
Conduct meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations for clients on ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the company.
Monitor and support channel partners to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
Develop and execute sales strategies to boost channel partner sales of ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the channel sales ecosystem.
Provide regular updates on channel performance, market feedback, and sales forecasts to management.
Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to enhance partner performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for channel partners.
Offer technical and sales support to channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction across ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC solutions.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales or distribution, preferably in the ICT, storage, security surveillance, or AC sector.

Requirement

Must have 2-wheeler License with own vehicle.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication and negotiation skill.
Good knowledge of products, industry standards, and market trends related to ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC solutions.
Ability to meet sales target and work under pressure.
