About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate Intern to join our BD team at our Nepal office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and potentially transition into a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities: 

• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to streamline operations. 
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development to address operational needs and drive results. 
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed process documentation, policies, and generate regular reports on key performance indicators. 
• Ad Hoc Support: Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support business growth. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Basic knowledge of AI tools is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
