  • An MBA fresher (bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field would be a plus). 
  • One year experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT industry or software consulting services will be preferable. Freshers can also apply.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems to manage the sales process and pipelines is highly preferred. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to best sales practices while gathering knowledge about our products, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Job Description

  1. Effective Customer/Client Engagement: Facilitating effective discussions with clients and partners via calls and emails, representing Agile, grasping their requirements, and aligning resources for well-defined subsequent actions.
  2. Sales Pipeline Development: Building and managing sales pipelines through market outreach, cold calls, emails, and newsletters.
  3. Project Proposal Preparation: Crafting comprehensive project proposals by collaborating with project managers and consultants, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  4. Bidding Process Support: Assisting in the bidding and tender process by creating high-quality bid documents that enhance Agile's products and solutions.
  5. Sales Document Development and Brand Adherence: Developing high-level sales proposals, quotations, and agreements that clearly communicate the project's full scope. Ensuring all documents align with the company’s branding guidelines.
  6. Content Creation: Assist in content creation and engage in company’s social media management as and when required.
  7. CRM and Data Management: Ensuring the CRM system is up to date with accurate information on contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborating seamlessly with team members, offering support, volunteering for tasks, and actively contributing to a professional and efficient team environment.
  9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, fostering a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  10. Additional Responsibilities: Undertaking other assigned tasks as needed for the smooth functioning of the team.
