Job Description

The Business Applications Analyst is a highly visible role requiring strong negotiation and communication skills, and a dedication to finding solutions to business challenges which are thoughtful, elegant and free of unnecessary complexities.

Work with the UK functional consultants and clients to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
Work with the program/project managers, functional consultants and CoE Leads in providing clarity of requirements and how it relates to the business objectives.
Develop user stories, and to-be process flows to support the design and development of process and systems solutions for the clients.
Suggest quality attributes, test cases, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements. Will be the primary point of contact between the Functional Consultant and Development team.
Use experience to provide added value and expertise in the client environment
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
