The Executive Search Unit of Merojob, on behalf of its client, is looking a BTL Activation Manager. Are you a strategic, results-driven marketing professional with a proven track record in multinational environments? Plan and execute impactful BTL (Below The Line) campaigns that align with brand strategy
Manage end-to-end field activations and ensure flawless execution
Organize high-engagement consumer events and experiential marketing activities
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign rollout
Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams for integrated marketing efforts
Track performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and report results to leadership
Ensure budget control and effective resource utilization

Skills

Strong campaign execution and field management skills
Excellent vendor negotiation and stakeholder coordination abilities
Solid grasp of BTL marketing channels
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with performance tracking capabilities

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in BTL marketing/brand activation
Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in multinational companies or global FMCG brands will be prioritized
