Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Communications Executive for Liberal Arts as well as Management programs. You are responsible for admissions of new batch of students (end to end). You will also be responsible for creating admission strategies, training admission counsellors, and coordinating on marketing campaigns. You should have a background in sales or communications preferably in higher education programs.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with constituents, including partner schools, community organisations, and professional consultants.
  • Plan and organise admission events and receptions for prospective students and parents.
  • Develop strategic goals and actions to manage and guide young admissions team.
  • Be a mentor and guide to potential admission counsellors. One they can look upto for communication and sales skills.
  • Understand different programs and courses offered and identify corresponding student personas.
  • Counsel potential students and parents, helping them plan their admission journey.
  • Carry weekly enrolment targets during admission months.
  • Own the complete sales closing life cycle from lead generation to phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain a detailed documentation of the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

Requirements:


  • Proven sales record in direct-to-consumer consultative sales.
  • Ability to work with high ticket size products that require focussed nurturing over a period of time
  • Exposure to highly competitive sales environment and at the top 10 percentile of the team.
  • Outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality to grab attention and hook students and parents
