Qualification:

• Must have minimum Bachelor's Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized University
  

Experience:

• Should have minimum 5 years working experience in credit sales and operations areas of banks and financial institutions
  

Job Grade:

• Supervisor to Officer
  

Age:

• Should not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female for Supervisor and age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female for officer level as of 15th November, 2018
  

Other Specification:

• Should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
  
• Should have computer skill in MS Office applications
  
• Should have ability to manage the branch business and overall branch operations and ability to impeccably carry the bank's brand and effectively act as the bank's brand representative
