We are seeking an eligible, motivated, and results-driven Branch Manager for our Madhesh Province branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall branch performance, managing tender processes, coordinating with government offices and suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced, high-impact leadership role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in handling government tenders and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and achievement of business targets.
Identify, prepare, review, and submit government tender documents in compliance with procurement laws and deadlines.
Liaise and maintain strong relationships with government offices, suppliers, and clients while negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms.
Supervise branch staff, provide leadership and performance monitoring, and ensure timely reporting to Head Office.
Monitor sales, procurement, inventory, and financial activities to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per contract requirements.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Administration or in a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of government procurement and tender processes
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Experience in government tender work highly preferred

Note: Candidates must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
