Position Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the vehicle rental industry, and a proven track record of driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor and manage the branch budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the vehicle rental industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
