Job Description

Drives sales of various products as per the sales strategy of the company
Lead branch team and ensure they maintain the highest level of customer excellence
Implement financial control and monitor all expenses ensuring they don’t exceed the allocated budget
Monitor sales and performance of sub branches assigned under the respective branch
Provide both sales and operational support to the sub branch and ensure they have the resources to meet sales targets
Sign up agents, provide training and monitor their sales performance
Regularly follow up and meet up with agents gather feedback and identify follow up training sessions where required
Provide market feedback of the respective area to the respective departments
Support sales through various other channels as per the strategy of the company
Collect data and prepare reports on a regular basis or as and when requested by the management team
