Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Branch In-charge is responsible for supervising staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and supporting the hospital’s marketing and outreach activities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to maintain operational excellence and enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Operational Management

Supervise branch staff and oversee daily operations for smooth functioning.
Communicate with staff regarding daily tasks, operational updates, and service quality.
Ensure proper utilization, safety, and handling of organizational property.
Work closely with colleagues, seniors, and cross-department teams for coordinated operations.
Prepare and submit daily reports to the group and respective departments.

B. Patient Relations & Service Quality

Take patient feedback regarding services and ensure improvement where required.
Handle patient grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a patient-centric environment at all times.

C. Marketing & Outreach Activities

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to attract patients.
Maintain and update hospital marketing materials regularly.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, banks, and other institutions to promote Samaj Dental and organize dental camps.
Organize and oversee dental camps, events, and promotional activities.
Visit nearby hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies for patient referral networking.
Build public relations with health bloggers, influencers, journalists, and community high-value individuals.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in clinic/hospital administration or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership ability with a proactive approach.
Good knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, reporting tools).
Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges efficiently.

Location:

1 position is based at Golfutar, Kathmandu.
4 positions will be placed across various branches within the Kathmandu Valley.
