Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Branch In-Charge is responsible for the overall leadership, academic excellence, operational efficiency, financial performance, and brand reputation of the Birgunj branch. The role requires strategic thinking, strong people management skills, business acumen, and adherence to strict compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor faculty performance, teaching quality, student outcomes, and exam results.
Implement academic planning, class schedules, mock tests, assessments, and reviews.
Ensure compliance with all academic policies, syllabi updates, and examination standards.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including infrastructure, scheduling, student services, and administration.
Ensure smooth functioning of classrooms, systems, learning platforms, and support services.
Plan and execute local marketing, outreach programs, seminars, school/college tie-ups, and counseling sessions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in education management, coaching institutes, or professional training organizations
Prior experience as a Branch Supervisor, Academic Head, or similar leadership role is highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to handle academic, operational, and marketing responsibilities effectively
