Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The individual will use Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software to perform basic to advance 2D drawing and 3D modeling work activities that are in compliance with the guidelines set by the company. Will report to Production Head

Duties and Responsibilities:

Use BIM software to create BIM Models
Familiar with the various trades, but specializes on MEP (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing)
Can resolve clashes with other trades
Create construction documents from 3D models
Convert drawings / 3D scans to 3D Revit models
Follow standards in modelling that are provided by clients, and their requests
Provide support to the team with drafting and BIM activities
Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects
Determine the proper elements and scale (or important points) for buildings
Create processes, training material with training team, and workflows for BIM related activities

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity
Proficient in current Autodesk Recap and Revit.
Experienced in producing models/drawings from BIM Models
Must be able to create Structural and Architectural drawings using REVIT;
Create 3D using REVIT and Google SketchUp
with V-ray/ LUMION
Proficient in using Autodesk Recap, Revit.
Knowledge of other BIM Concepts and Software (CAD, Dynamo, BIM 360) is an advantage
Above average Communication Skills (oral & written)
A good team player, able to express himself well and communicate with others; can foster good working relationships with colleagues
BIM Modeling certification is an advantage
