The job holder will be responsible for selling and promoting all beauty products at our retail points, ex: Departmental Stores & Supermarkets, Retail Stores, etc. The jobholder will also be responsible for driving sales of our products through efficient visual merchandising, customer service delivery, and adherence to company norms.
- Monitor and handle customer queries and advise customers on a proper application of the products.
- Ensure seasonal peaks, important trading/ promotional events are handled efficiently.
- Report daily sales, stocks, etc.
- Effective resource planning for customer service.
- Implement a high standard of customer focus.
- Create and maintain the database of regular clients.
- Ensure customer needs are met and complaints/queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Be well aware of the latest trends in the Beauty Industry to be ahead of competitors.
- Achieve the revenue targets for the sales point.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved up to the maximum level.
- Interpret and act on sales reports and focus on improving under-performing areas.
- Monitor and continuously seek to understand the commercial environment, local trading patterns, competitor activity and market trends in the retail sector and their impact on our sales point.
- Attend training required by our Exclusive brands.
