  • Prior experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale establishment is typically required, demonstrating a strong foundation in mixology.
  • Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and presenting cocktails with an emphasis on creativity and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of various spirits, wines, and cocktails, including their history, ingredients, and proper preparation techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, take orders, and convey beverage recommendations confidently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when it comes to the presentation of cocktails and the cleanliness of the bar area.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as responsible beverage service training, is often preferred to ensure compliance with alcohol laws and safety protocols.

Job Description

  • Bartenders in a fine dining restaurant are responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks, with precision and artistry.
  • Have an extensive knowledge of various spirits, wines, and liqueurs, and the ability to recommend and pair beverages with the restaurant's cuisine.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with patrons in a professional and friendly manner, and offering a personalized cocktail experience.
  • Maintain the bar area, including keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary ingredients, glassware, and garnishes.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant's management and chefs to create unique and innovative cocktail menus that complement the overall dining experience.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and complying with local alcohol laws and regulations.
  • Should have neccesarry skills required for a international standard fine dining restaurant.
