• Greet customer and elaborate them by presenting and explaining the coffee and foods menu by giving suggestions while answering their queries
  
• Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions
  
• Take customer orders accurately and record it by manually and or automatically
  
• Operate coffee making equipment, roaster, brewer and other supporting wares
  
• Prepare and present coffee drinks, foods and baked items according to recipe and presentation standards
  
• Prepare and serve food items such as waffles, crepe and muffins etc
  
• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety and hygienic environment
  
• Dismantle and clean machinery and work space area as needed
  
• Display foods or drinks in an attractive and functional manner
  
• Stock inventory according to storage requirements
