The Banking Liaison Head will be responsible for developing and executing SK Ventures’ financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals. This role involves raising funds from banks, venture capitalists, and other investors, managing capital structure, cash flow, and financial risks. The candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with long-term goals.
Fundraising from venture capitalists, banks, and other investors.
Create, manage, and monitor the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Manage the company’s capital structure and funding requirements.
Evaluate and implement capital-raising strategies.
Ensure efficient cash flow management, monitoring reserves, and liquidity.
Implement strategies to optimize working capital and manage investment opportunities.
Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Build and maintain strong banking relationships.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to real estate investments and operations.
Evaluate potential real estate investments and development projects for financial viability and risk.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance and accounts department.
Implement cost control measures and optimize operational expenses.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Required Age:More than 35 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with proven leadership experience as CFO or Manager in the credit department, preferably within the banking sector.
Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and financial modeling skills.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and real estate finance.
Real estate project funding experience preferred.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a finance team effectively.
