Bakery Cafe and Factory Manager

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Bakery Café and Factory Manager to oversee the complete operation of our bakery production, café outlets, sales, inventory, staff, quality control, and day-to-day business activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical bakery/café operational knowledge, and the ability to control costs while improving sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules, raw materials consumption, ensure consistent product quality and adjust as needed to meet customer demand.
• Provide leadership and guidance to manage daily café/outlet operations, proper customer feedback and ensure staff performance.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement and monitor staff performance and outlet productivity.
• Develop strategies to increase retail, café, online and B2B sales,
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality ingredients, equipment, and favorable terms
• Monitor sales performance against targets and set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Implement cost-effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Supervise staff, prepare duty rosters, staff schedules, monitor attendance and maintain a professional and positive working environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging ingredients, and baking techniques.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses and coordinate with the accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintain proper sanitation schedules and establish SOPs for production and café operations.
