We’re expanding our team and looking for talented individuals to join us in solving complex challenges and delivering next-generation solutions.

Position Overview:

We are hiring Backend Developers to design, develop, and optimize server-side applications. We are looking for two backend developers (fresher to senior-level) to take charge of backend architectures, and freshers with an impressive portfolio or personal project experience are welcome to showcase their skills and grow with us.

The ideal candidates will be proficient in TypeScript, NestJS, and MongoDB, with a passion for building high-performing, secure, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using NestJS and TypeScript.
Work with MongoDB to create efficient and optimized database structures.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs seamlessly with the application interface.
Ensure security, performance, and reliability of backend systems.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
Participate in Scrum meetings, contributing to sprint planning and timely feature delivery.
Debug and resolve issues to maintain system reliability.
Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and best practices.

Requirements:For Freshers:

Basic understanding of Node.js and familiarity with TypeScript.
Knowledge of RESTful API development.
Hands-on experience with personal projects or academic work in backend development.
Familiarity with MongoDB or similar databases.
Willingness to learn and adapt to modern backend technologies like NestJS.

For Mid to Senior-Level Developers:

2+ years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, and Node.js.
Strong experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of designing scalable APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Hands-on experience with performance optimization and load balancing.
