We know it is very daunting task to sacrifice the short term need and comfort for long term sustainability. It is a high time that we seriously think and find better ways. Each of us at Thee- Go are firm believer that there is a solution to every problem. We are in a path to contribute towards this novel cause by introducing innovation to achieve sustainability.

Innovating for sustainability involves making intentional changes to organizational products or processes that produce environmental and or social benefits as well as economic value. Sustainability is an integral part of our strategic plan and woven into the roles of the different departments. Investing in innovation requires patience, focus and expertise.

To achieve our goals we have ventured into generation and distribution of sustainable energy using renewable sources and techniques, introduction of clean and green electric vehicles for rental services, charging stations for electric vehicles.

Thee- Go has three companies FGE, G&G and SRIBIT which share its values and work towards common goal of sustainability.

  • A people person who enjoys meeting and communicating with people
  • Priority will be given to those candidates who already have experience in senior level automotive marketing
  • Own 2 wheeler with valid license is a must
  • 4 wheeler driving license holder will be given more priority

Job Description

Reports to: BOD/COO
Scope of Work:  Responsible for the overall production of Auto Mobile Division

  • Automotive Division Head is expected to demonstrate his/her skills and expertise in overall aspects of the operation of automotive division
  • Develop & implement a daily plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Introduce, implement and establish the effective strategies/plans for Sales/Marketing of the vehicles & complete the process
  • Introduce, implement and establish the effective working system within the office
  • Team formation, organization & orientation
  • Implement effective reporting structure within all branches of operations
  • Streamline all dealers network related operation including but not limited to orders, payments and dispatch, claims and warranties, marketing, advertisement and branding
  • Streamline and oversee all the all related administrative and documentation works across all government agencies and offices
  • Effective communication with manufacturing company in all related works
  • Initiation to set up workshop, service station and dispatch services from there
  • Introduce effective mechanism for dispatch of after sales services
  • Formulate plans & strategies
  • Oversee and streamline all logistic related operation of automotive division
  • Liaison with BFIs for the bank financing of vehicles
  • Other Duties as needed
